This camp has been awesome so far! The first challenge involved quotes, luck, and creativity. I ended up doing really well (earning a 20 in creativity), earning myself a token. After that, the challenge was to kill rectangles. I only killed 3 rectangles, but I was safe from elimination. The third and final challenge was easily the best one. I spent hours trying to decipher the code, to no avail. I simply guessed that maybe Potatoey killed Firey Jr., but I was wrong (of course). That was a really well-thought-out challenge and was a lot better than the average PM Race. I am more than excited to see what the remainder of the camp brings.
Now, I will be the first to say that I am not a fan of sports outside of running. However, if I had to choose one sport to play that I do not play already, football/soccer would be my choice. The game actually DESERVES the name of "football", since you mostly use your feet. American football is boring, anyways. On that topic, baseball is also REALLY boring to watch, and I am absolutely dreadful at basketball. That pretty much leaves true "football", which I can at least appreciate. So, yeah, the idea of a FIFA-related skill challenge is great. Matching the logos with FIFA teams is a classic idea, yet never gets old. While there were several I had to double-check, I knew a lot more of the logos than I thought I did. Overall, fun challenge that is a perfect blend of challenging and quick, so... yay. I have yet to be disappointed or bored by a challenge in this camp, which is actually hard to accomplish Looking forward to the next challenges to come.
